Last Updated: September 2026
Welcome to Brahmkul Ayurveda.
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Brahmkul Ayurveda website, online services, consultation services, wellness programs, educational activities, events and, where available, the Brahmkul Ayurveda Patient Portal.
By accessing this website, registering for an account, booking a consultation, enrolling in a program, making a payment or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the relevant service.
1. About Brahmkul Ayurveda
Brahmkul Ayurveda is an Ayurveda and holistic wellness initiative operated by Brahmkul Ayurveda Trust, a registered charitable trust in Uttar Pradesh, India.
Our activities may include Ayurveda consultation, diet and lifestyle guidance, Yoga and meditation, health and wellness counselling, preventive wellness initiatives, structured wellness programs, educational activities, webinars, camps, awareness programs and other related services.
Certain services may be provided online through voice calls, video calls, digital communication or other available technologies.
2. Nature of Our Services
Brahmkul Ayurveda follows an individualized approach to Ayurveda, health awareness and wellness.
Information available on this website is provided primarily for general information, health awareness, education and understanding of our services. Website content should not by itself be considered an individual medical diagnosis, prescription or personalized treatment recommendation.
A professional consultation may be required before individualized health advice, Ayurvedic recommendations or prescriptions are provided.
The nature and extent of any consultation, recommendation, program or follow-up may vary according to the individual's circumstances and professional assessment.
3. Online Consultations
Online consultations may be provided through voice call, video call or another approved communication method.
By requesting or participating in an online consultation, you consent to receiving the consultation through the selected digital mode and acknowledge the inherent limitations of remote consultation.
You agree to provide accurate and relevant information concerning your identity, symptoms, medical history, existing diagnoses, medicines, allergies, investigations, pregnancy status where relevant, and other information reasonably required for appropriate assessment.
The consulting professional may determine that an online consultation is insufficient and may recommend physical examination, laboratory investigation, imaging, specialist consultation or in-person medical care.
Brahmkul Ayurveda reserves the right not to continue an online consultation where remote assessment is considered inappropriate or insufficient.
4. Not an Emergency Service
Brahmkul Ayurveda's website, Patient Portal, WhatsApp communication, email services and online consultation facilities are not emergency medical services.
If you experience a medical emergency, severe or rapidly worsening symptoms, loss of consciousness, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, severe chest pain, serious injury, pregnancy-related emergency or another potentially urgent condition, seek immediate assistance from an appropriate local emergency medical facility or healthcare professional.
Do not wait for an online response from Brahmkul Ayurveda in an emergency.
5. Registration and Patient Information
Where registration is required, users must provide complete, current and accurate information.
Patients may be asked to provide information including their name, age or date of birth, contact number, WhatsApp number, email address and other information reasonably necessary for registration, identification, communication or healthcare services.
Providing false information, impersonating another individual or attempting to gain unauthorized access to another person's account or records is prohibited.
Where the Patient Portal is available, certain identifying information may be locked after registration. Corrections may require verification and assistance from Brahmkul Ayurveda's authorized team.
6. Patient Portal
The Brahmkul Ayurveda Patient Portal is intended to provide registered patients with controlled access to selected patient-facing information and services.
Depending on availability, patients may be able to view or access selected appointments, shared prescriptions, receipts, care-plan services, booking functions, callback requests and other specifically enabled information.
The Patient Portal does not provide access to all information maintained internally by Brahmkul Ayurveda.
Clinical working notes, internal professional notes, internal follow-up information, medicine formulation details, internal referrals, administrative records, audit information and other information intended for authorized professional or operational use may not be displayed through the Patient Portal.
Portal features may be added, modified, restricted or discontinued as operational requirements evolve.
7. Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Patient Portal password, OTP and other authentication information.
You should not share login credentials or OTPs with unauthorized persons.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact Brahmkul Ayurveda promptly.
Brahmkul Ayurveda may temporarily restrict an account where suspicious activity, misuse or a security risk is identified.
8. Appointments and Scheduling
Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.
Submitting a booking request does not necessarily mean that a consultation has been finally confirmed. Where applicable, Brahmkul Ayurveda may communicate with the patient to confirm the appointment, consultation mode and timing.
Rescheduling and cancellation are subject to availability and the applicable booking, cancellation and refund conditions.
Delays may occasionally occur because healthcare consultations can require more or less time depending on individual circumstances.
9. Prescriptions and Health Recommendations
Any prescription or individualized health recommendation issued following consultation is intended for the person for whom it was prepared.
Patients should not share or use another person's prescription as their own.
Recommendations may depend upon information available at the time of consultation and may require reassessment when symptoms, medical conditions, medications, investigations or circumstances change.
Where appropriate, patients may be advised to obtain investigations or seek in-person or specialist medical evaluation.
10. Ayurvedic Medicines and Product Support
Where Brahmkul Ayurveda assists with Ayurvedic medicine coordination, availability may depend on prescription requirements, product availability, delivery location and applicable legal or operational requirements.
Medicine recommendations are individualized where appropriate and should not automatically be used by another individual with apparently similar symptoms.
Product delivery times, courier availability and external logistics may be outside the direct control of Brahmkul Ayurveda.
11. Special Programs
Brahmkul Ayurveda may offer structured programs including Weight Revolution, Metabolic Health Program (MHP), MANAS Kriya, AYURNARI, and other programs introduced from time to time.
These programs have different purposes and may involve consultation, education, lifestyle guidance, wellness practices, follow-up or other program-specific services.
Participation does not constitute a guarantee of a particular medical, weight, metabolic, reproductive, psychological or other health outcome.
Individual results and experiences may vary.
Some programs may complement appropriate medical care and should not be interpreted as requiring a patient to discontinue existing treatment or prescribed medication.
12. Yoga, Meditation and Wellness Activities
Yoga, breathing practices, meditation and other wellness activities should be undertaken according to individual suitability.
Participants should inform the relevant professional about significant health conditions, injuries, pregnancy, recent surgery, physical limitations or other circumstances that may affect safe participation.
Where necessary, medical clearance or an alternative practice may be recommended.
13. Health & Wellness Counselling
Health & Wellness Counselling offered by Brahmkul Ayurveda is intended to support lifestyle understanding, health awareness, habits and general well-being unless expressly stated otherwise.
It should not be interpreted as psychiatric treatment, psychotherapy or emergency mental-health care.
Individuals requiring specialist mental-health assessment or treatment should consult an appropriately qualified professional.
14. Educational Content and Arogya Tips
Articles, Arogya Tips, videos, social-media content, webinars, Shlokas, Ayurveda references, home-care information and other educational material are provided for general education and health awareness.
Such information does not replace individualized professional assessment.
Home-care or traditional-remedy information should not be used to delay appropriate medical attention, particularly in serious, persistent, worsening or emergency conditions.
15. Events, Camps and Webinars
Participation in health camps, webinars, Yoga sessions, competitions, workshops, awareness programs and other events may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, capacity limits, schedules and registration conditions.
Registration does not guarantee participation where capacity is limited or eligibility requirements are not satisfied.
Event schedules, speakers, formats and participation arrangements may be changed where reasonably necessary.
16. Fees and Payments
Fees applicable to consultations, programs, services, medicines or other paid offerings will be communicated where applicable before or during the relevant transaction.
Payments may be processed through authorized payment providers or other approved methods.
Users are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.
Brahmkul Ayurveda does not require patients to disclose confidential banking passwords, card PINs or OTPs to its staff.
17. Refunds and Cancellations
Eligibility for cancellation, refund, rescheduling or adjustment is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy published separately on this website.
Users should review that policy before making a payment.
Where a third-party payment gateway, bank, courier or other service provider is involved, processing times may also depend upon that provider.
18. Communication
By providing contact information and requesting our services, you authorize Brahmkul Ayurveda to communicate with you as reasonably necessary regarding registration, OTP verification, appointments, consultations, prescriptions, payments, receipts, requested follow-ups, care-plan services, events and other service-related matters.
Communication may occur through email, telephone, WhatsApp or other available channels, depending on the service and information provided by you.
Promotional or awareness communications will be handled according to applicable requirements and available communication preferences.
19. Privacy and Personal Information
Brahmkul Ayurveda may collect and process personal information required for registration, communication, consultation, patient support, payments, service administration and other legitimate purposes associated with its activities.
The manner in which personal information is collected, used, stored and handled is described separately in our Privacy Policy.
By using services requiring personal information, you acknowledge that such information must be processed to the extent reasonably necessary to provide those services, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
